The short version
Ireland's National Poisons Information Centre hears about 40 to 50 suspected mushroom poisonings a year, about 8 to 10 per million people. The Dutch rate is 20% to 80% higher, and France counts about four times Ireland's symptomatic rate in half a year. See the figures and sources →
